Terms of sale
TO CONFIRM: effective date, and the date of the last revision
These are the terms you agree to when you order from delavaga.com. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if something here is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after.
1. Who you are contracting with
delavaga operates the shop at delavaga.com and is the seller of everything on it.

2. What you are buying
Physical goods printed to order. Nothing on the site is held in stock — placing an order is what causes the item to be manufactured, which is why the terms on changing your mind differ from a shop selling from a warehouse. Product photographs are mockups of the printed design, so expect small variation in colour between a screen and a printed surface.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email. Before that we may decline it — if the address cannot be served by any print facility, if a price was listed in error, or if the payment looks fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, you are refunded in full.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including shipping and any tax we are required to collect, and nothing is added afterwards. Duty and import tax charged by the destination country on an international parcel is separate — seeshipping. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Paswad Pay, which settles on Paystack rails and accepts cards and mobile money. Your card or wallet details go directly to the processor; we never receive or store them. Payment is taken when the order is placed, because production starts immediately after.
6. Production and delivery
Production and delivery times given on the site and at checkout are estimates based on the facility and carrier involved. We work hard to make them accurate and cannot guarantee them, because carriers and customs are outside our control. An order may arrive in more than one parcel where its items are made in different places, at no extra cost to you.
7. Changing or cancelling
Until a job is released to the press we can usually change or cancel it. After that the item physically exists and cannot be un-made. Write to us the same day if you need something changed — seereturns for what applies afterwards.
8. Faults and returns
If an item is damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, we replace or refund it — the process is on thereturns page. Nothing in these terms removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer where you live.

9. The designs
The artwork, the wordmark, the photography and the site itself belong to delavaga or to the people we licensed them from. Buying a printed item buys you that item — it does not transfer any right in the design on it. Please do not reproduce the artwork, sell it, or use it to print your own goods. 10. Accounts
An account is optional and exists only to keep your order history in one place. Checkout as a guest is always available and never requires one. Accounts sign in with a passkey through Paswad, so there is no password to leak; keep the device holding that passkey secure.
11. Using the site
Do not scrape it, attack it, or attempt to interfere with other people's orders. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe that is happening.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so a later change never alters a purchase you have already made.
