delavaga is a small operation, and we would rather show you an empty page than a permanent “we're always hiring” form that goes nowhere. When there is a real role, it will be listed here with what it pays.

There is no hidden pipeline and no standing application form. If a role is not on this page, it does not exist yet.

It will say what it pays

Pay goes in the listing. You should not have to sit through an interview to find out whether the job was ever worth your time.

It will be a real opening

We do not collect CVs against roles that might happen later, and we would rather leave this page empty than farm applications.

If you make things

We work with illustrators and designers on drops. That is not a job — it is a collaboration, paid per release. If that is your work, send something you have made.

Nothing is printed before someone orders it, so a release carries no print run to fund and no unsold box of it afterwards. That is why a collaboration here can be a single design rather than a season.
