2. Where we ship
We currently deliver to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia only. Checkout will not accept an address anywhere else. We plan to add countries over time and will update this page when we do.
Our products are printed by production partners, most of them in the United States; one product line (sneakers) is made in China. That means an order to the US is a domestic parcel, while an order to any other country is an international one, with the longer transit times and customs checks that involves.
3. What shipping costs
Standard shipping is free to every country we deliver to. Its cost is included in the price of each product, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the item delivered. There is no minimum order, and no shipping charge is added at checkout. We do not currently offer an express option.
Import duties and taxes, where a country charges them, are not shipping charges and are covered in section 7.
4. Production and delivery times
Production — printing, quality checking and packing — usually takes 2 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. Transit starts once the carrier collects the parcel. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
| Destination | Shipping | Transit | Typical total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 🇺🇸 United States | Free | 2–5 business days | 4–15 business days |
| 🇨🇦 Canada | Free | 5–15 business days | 7–25 business days |
| 🇬🇧 United Kingdom | Free | 10–30 business days | 12–40 business days |
| 🇦🇺 Australia | Free | 10–30 business days | 12–40 business days |
These are estimates from our production partner and carriers, not guarantees. Most orders arrive well inside the range; the upper end allows for busy periods and customs checks. Orders placed in November and December, and around public holidays, can take longer. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order.
5. Split parcels
Different products are made on different machines, and sometimes in different facilities. If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking number. This costs you nothing extra and does not mean anything is missing.
6. Tracking
We email you a tracking link when each parcel is handed to the carrier. Until then the item is still being made, so there is nothing to track. You can also look up an order at any time on the track order page with your order number and email. Tracking for international parcels can pause for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries or clearing customs — that is normal.
7. Customs, duties and taxes
Parcels to countries other than the United States are imports. Whether anything is payable on arrival depends on the country and the value of the parcel. Our prices do not include import charges collected on delivery; where they apply, they are payable by the recipient. If we are required to collect a tax at checkout, it is shown in your total and never charged again on delivery.
United States
Domestic parcels. No customs charges.
Canada
Parcels come from the United States. Under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement, lower-value courier shipments are generally free of duty and tax. Above those thresholds, or for postal shipments above a lower threshold, GST/HST (and provincial tax where applicable) and a carrier brokerage fee may be collected on delivery.
United Kingdom
For parcels worth £135 or less, UK rules place import VAT on the seller rather than on you, and no customs duty applies, so you should not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier does ask you for a payment on such a parcel, please contact us before paying. For parcels worth more than £135, import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Australia
For goods worth AUD 1,000 or less, no customs duty or import processing charge applies at the border, and you should not be asked to pay on delivery. For orders over AUD 1,000, customs duty, GST and processing charges may be collected before the parcel is released.
If you refuse to pay import charges that are legitimately due, the carrier may return or destroy the parcel; in that case we cannot refund the order.
8. Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers and the postal code. We send the parcel exactly where you tell us. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away: we can correct it only until the order is sent to production.
Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses. If yours is one of these and the carrier cannot deliver to it, we will contact you. A phone number is optional, but carriers use it to arrange delivery and it can prevent a missed parcel.
9. Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the typical total in section 4, email us and we will chase the carrier. A parcel confirmed lost in transit, or one that arrives damaged, is reprinted and resent free or refunded in full — please report it within 30 days. The refund policy explains the process, including what happens if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address.
10. Delays outside our control
Carrier backlogs, severe weather, strikes, customs inspections and other events outside our control can delay delivery. We will keep you informed where we can. If an order is seriously delayed by such an event you may cancel it for a full refund before it ships.
